Hi friends.

This is a three step process.

Step 1: Written test (can be done provided you are good at basic concepts in maths, verbal and logical reasoning).

Step 2: Group discussion.

Step 3: Interview (Technical/HR).

GD:

Our topic was "Women in IT sector good or bad".

Friends this is the place where you need to think about yourself. You shouldn\'t wait till others speak. Be to the point, get the best from you.

Interview:

My interview was good.

HR: Tejaswi, tell about your background.

Me: Sir I\'m from CSE etc.

HR: Any projects done and on what?

Me: Told.

(HR actually thought he wants to take me into their company based on the way how I was explaining and also on my confidence).

HR: okay Tejaswi, i will just ask you a program to write, if you do it correct you can happily go or else you need to bare with me for sometime.

Me: Sure sir.

HR: Repeated 3 times the same statement.

Me: Yes sir. I will do it.

HR: If I give a number of any length, I need to get the single digit sum.

Example: 12345 = 1+2+3+4+5 = 15 = 1+5 = 6.

I will give you 2 mins time, you need to solve.

Me: Sure sir.

HR: Is it done?

Me: Yes sir.

HR: Explain me the logic?

Me: Told.

HR: Perfect very good. This is what I want from a student.

Me: Smiled and said thank you sir.

HR: As I promised you that i will leave you if you solve, you can go.

Me: Thank you sir.

Any HR looks at your problem solving ability. If you do it, you are in. Have smile on your face, acknowledge the hr frequently.
