Placement Papers - Capgemini

Hi everyone I am here to share my experience in recruitment drive of capgemini in our college. There were total 450 students eligible for capgemini. Capgemini takes 3 test for recruitment they are,

- Aptitude paper.
- GD.
- Technical+HR interview.

First was aptitude, in aptitude section they generally asks from profit and loss, percentage, time &work, number system, trains, sequence and series. And some questions were on simple basic maths concepts. There were 75 question and the time limit was 90 minutes. They also check you in english and logical in verbal and logical reasoning section. The simple funda to crack aptitude is PRACTICE. I will suggest refer indiabix site. They asks question on flowchart in logical & reasoning section.

A total of 94 students shortlisted after aptitude. Which was conducted on next day.

Total 11 members were there in a group. Our topic was DIGITAL INDIA it was 45 min long. Infact in GD they ask cross question on you. So think well before what are you saying and make sure that you are not diverting the topics. The basic funda of clearing GD is to just speak in front of everyone. Don\'t remain silent in GD. Say at least 2-3 points from the topic but not in aggressive way. You can start by saying"like-i whole heartily agree with your points" etc. That\'s it.

A total of 68 students were selected from GD and luckily I was one of them.

After the they conduct interview my number was 4th so they ask.

Tell me about yourself I told them about myself, my family background, my academics, my achievements and my hobbies. In my hobbies I mention I love to play cricket so he asks 2 puzzles from cricket like-in 6 six over how many max. Runs a batsmen can score etc.

Then he asks me to write a program in fibonacci series in c language. I wrote it (I am from entc background) then he asks some cross question from it. I answered it too.

Then he said you are good at mathematics after seeing my resume?then he asks 1maths question to calculate the square of 96 without using pen and paper. Luckily I know the trick to solve such question. I answered him then he said ok that\'s it from my side.

They totally took 50 students from our campus. And luckily I was on of them.
