CAPGEMINI Interview Experience - Amritsar, September 3,2015.

Hey guys, I am going to share my complete placement process with all of you. Capgemini came to our university Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar on 3rd of September. The whole placement process is comprised of 3 main sections :
1) Online Aptitude Test (By Cocubes).
2) Group Discussion.
3) TR + HR Interview Round.
The online test started at 10 a.m and officials from cocubes told us that there will be no negative marking. The aptitude test is very simple. It had 75 questions and time limit was 90 minutes. 3 major sections - English, Reasoning, Quant. English section was very easy and you can easily crack this section if you are good at english. Reasoning section is also very easy and quantitative section was also quite simple in my set. All you need is time management here and you are done. After completing the test, I was thinking that I am not going to clear the test but luckily I got the name on the list of selected people.
After that, we moved towards gd in our batches. My GD topic was Ethics are now a passing fashion for business. You have to speak in this round confidently. If you have good communication skills, you will easily crack this section. If not, then you need to work hard because this is a big elimination round. After half an hour, my name was there on the list.
Next day, we came for our TR and HR and the HR was very friendly and gentle person. He asked me about polymorphism, SDLC and about my project and gave me a couple of reasoning questions which I failed to answer correctly. Then he asked me to leave for the day. The next day I got the mail that I was selected for capgemini. Have confidence on you and you can do it :).
