Hi Friends
Im Rupa from Sri Venkateswara College of Engg. I m here to share my experience with you.. CAPGEMINI visited our campus on 7th of June 2008. There were totally three rounds..
1. APTITUDE TEST
2. GROUP DISCUSSION
3. HR cum TECH ROUND.
APTITUDE ROUND:
Aptitude is easy only. Just go through all the previous year Capgemini papers once.. questions may repeat again.. and just go through R.S. AGGARWAL for quants. Totally 50 questions in 1 hour.. But there is negative marking so please be careful when you answer the questions.. Dont mark the answers if you are not sure.. Think twice before you mark..
NOTE: you\'ve to use only pens so be careful.. (shade it properly otherwise it\'ll be untidy). And negative marking is .25 mark... JUST BE CONFIDENT.. you can easily crack this round.. Totally 400 students appeared for aptitude but only 116 students got through aptitude round.. next is GD..
GROUP DISCUSSION:
After aptitude we all asked to split into groups.. And GD topics are given on the spot by HR\'s.. just chill.. Be CONFIDENT and Communicate well in GD.. At the same time you SHOULD NOT DOMINATE OTHERS.. Just come out with your ideas …JUST BE CONFIDENT…. From 116 students only 66 students were selected for next round..
HR cum TECH ROUND:
This round depends on the HR who comes in your panel… Some HR’S will ask tech questions also from your area of interest.. So be confident about the sub that you mentioned as your area of interest in your resume.. But I am very lucky.. The HR who came for our panel was so sweet.. only HR questions he asked us.
1) Tell about yourself
2) Hobbies
3) Role model
4) About your educational background..
5) Short term and long term goals…
This round will be simple only.. don\'t worry.. Don’t loose your patience…. DO UR BEST GOD WILL DO THE REST..
Finally out of 66 students they selected 47 from our college… I was the one among those 47 students…. I am very glad to be a part of this excellent company…. Capgemini visited our campus for the first time so it was excellent they recruited 47 students from our college… We are very proud to be an product of SVCE… and going to be a part of Capgemini.. I WISH ALL THE SUCCESS TO U ALL..
My only advice is be confident, have patience.. and hope for the best …ALL THE VERY BEST… DO WELL..
