I am Srividya from SNIST (Sreenidhi institute of Science and Technology). On 16th JULY \'08\' we had an off campus at GNITS (Narayanamma engineering college).
  

  
So... around more than 650 people attended for WRITTEN TEST (APTITUDE+REASONING).
  

  
After 1st round written test short listed candidates are 35. And next we had GD. In this round 25 got short listed. Then we had TEHNICAL/HR interview.... its went for me almost for more than 40 min.... its a stress interview.. But it went COOL!!!
  

  
After this round 20 got selected.
  

  
So... i want to share my feelings and the procedure of the all the rounds how i felt it.
  

  
ROUND 1: Written Test : Two sections
  

 Section A : 25 questions (Quantitative)
  Simple ... and most of the questions were repeated from previous papers (its MUST ... MUST .......SOLVE).I didn\'t solve them but any ways I got it. BE CAREFUL while answering there will be a NEGATIVE MARKING of 1/4 for each ques if wrong.
  

  
Section B : 25 questions (verbal+logical)
 logical questions includes data sufficiency (RS AGGARWAL)(8 to 10 questions)
 puzzle test (RS AGGARWAL)(8 to 10 questions)
 conclusion or theme detection (2 or 3 questions)
 PREVIOUS PAPERS (very important) out of 650-700.....35 made it to the next round. 
  

  
NOTE: For section B must solve R.S. AGARWAL (VERBAL +NON-VERBAL)
  

  
ROUND 2: Group Discussion
 tips: think carefully & speak what the topic demands....
 give others a chance to express their views......
 "GD is not all about speaking...a good listener is also a Group participant"
  
we have given a topic on " IS GD NECESSARY FOR ELIMINATION "
 out of 35....25 were selected.
  

  
ROUND 3: Technical Round & HR ROUND:
  
There were 6 panels for this round.
  
in some panels they gave a choice of which U want TR/HR.
  
BUT I faced ... BOTH TR and HR 
  
BASICS of every subjects (C,C++,JAVA,DATA STRUCTURES).
  
***CODING in Dynamic dispatcher, pointers, arrays, structures, Union and LINKED LIST.
  
AND HR went COOL !!! but he will test Ur patience .... so always BE COOL and ANSWER with SMILING FACE.
  
it works........!!!
  
1.**Communication Skills are important.
  
2. Tell me about UR self and FAMILY BACKGROUND.
  
3. In what AREAS you have improved till now?
 
 4.STRENGTHS?
 
 5.WEAKNESS?
 
 6.Why only Capgemini? why not any other MNC?
 
 7.What You Like About Capgemini?
 
 and so many questions were asked based on my answers......
 
 
 and the last question is:
 
 8. Any questions?
 
 U must ask questions atleast 2....... it shows how U show UR interest for their company.
 
 Definitely ask questions regarding PPT... it shows how U have listened their PPT with interest.
 
 so...must ask....:)
 
 On the whole its a Stress Interview.......... But it went COOL!!!
 
 
 Important: Though he confuses u...... U must "HAVE A SMILE on UR face". And basic Programming skills are required for Technical Round.
 
 
  
NOTE: **1.ALWAYS HAVE A "SMILE" ON UR FACE in INTERVIEW and GD.
  
       **2.Be "CONFIDENT" on what U R saying.
  
      **3. Speak Loudly and Clearly.
  
      **4. Don\'t use the word ... "CONFUSED" always Use "I will IMPROVE" and " I am CONFIDENT" sir.
  
Last but not least...... I want to say to all my friends.......
  
" DONT GET DISAPPOINTED.. IF U don\'t get  now..... SOME BEST COMPANY IS AWAITING FOR U"
