Placement procedure :
1. Group Discussion.
2. Personal Interview.
Group Discussion:
As for GD in my college lot of students were applying for it so there was a pre-GD to eliminate the students. Don't worry according to reviews it doesn't happens usually ! usually they prefer only 1 GD then PI.
My pre-GD topic - "Live in Relationship".
- As you can see, the topic was a easy go. Speak confidently and with valid points !
After this I was selected for the recruitment day procedure.
Recruitment day.
My GD topic - Is MBA necessary to become successful in life ?
- Frankly, this topic was given to us as there was an MBA guy in my group!
The Hr first told us to give short introduction, if he found anything interesting in your hobby then he may say to perform it (specially singing, don't panic just do it as the Hr is very friendly, one girl was asked to do it and she eventually got placed). So speak about something in which you are more confident. It can be anything it doesn't matter.
After introduction we started our Gd in which everybody put up there points.
In this GD he was emphasizing on speaking skills, how clear you are ! the Hr was so good even he was participating with us ! just remember you have to speak for sure !
Personal Interview:
Tell me some thing about yourself?
Have you any experience in marketing and sales ?
Why would you like to work in Byju's ?
Maximum questions were from CV, extracurricular achievements etc.,!
He will try to pressurize you but take everything in a positive way and respond accordingly!
Tips : the company only focuses on non-technical skills ! the main platform is GD try to impress the Hr from there itself !
Overall if you are fluent in speaking with validity your selection has greater chance!
