Hi, I am Sumit Ratnani from Sinhgad Institute, Pune. It was the campus interview with criteria 55% and above with 1 KT allowed. The package mentioned was 2.4 LPA CTC. But reviews at Glass Door say it has six monthly salary appraisals. So let's hope. There were around 350 students from various Sinhgad campuses.

Rounds:

1) Aptitude.
2) GD.
3) Programming Logic and Technical round-1 together.
4) Technical round - 2 and HR together.
(Maybe in every round they give ratings. Sums up to finalize result).

1) Aptitude:

- 90 minutes online test (30+30+30), No Negative Marking.
- 25 questions on simple Quantitative.
- 25 questions on C (objective, tough, prepare online, don't panic most of people won't answer them write, still keep your technical knowledge up).
- 25 questions on SQL (toughest, prepare for worst, joins, sub queries etc, at least brush up on basics because again most people won't answer it correctly). 100 got shortlisted.

2) GD:

(Before entering into GD, they asked to fill out one form, where one field was like short term and long term goals, do not write anything regarding higher studies).
- Groups of 12, easier ones, only extremely dumb in English were rejected. A total around 70 got selected.

3) Programming Logic and Technical round-1 together: (held in Company only)
- This is most important round.
- Gave one paper and two logical questions to write Pseudo code for that, mostly one like pattern printing (I was asked to print PASCAL TRIANGLE) and one like prime number, palindrome etc. For 20 minutes time.
- Then while the interview they ask same logic used in above test. They want to see your approach for problem solving, choose descriptive variable names in for loop (not i, j, k) and anywhere in the program and write step by step program and some simple questions on SQL were asked mostly on joins. 13 got shortlisted for final round. After 20 days

4) Technical round - 2 and HR together:

- Asked about the project, show your enthusiasm for your project, and tell them in as deep as you.
Can, use too many technical words and tell them also the wrong things and shortcuts you did in your project, show them that you have done too much research on your project, be ready with how you end up choosing this project, yeah only project also can make you clear this round.

It made me as always be prepared with your resume thoroughly, then they gave me a query for which I just told the logic. Couldn't recall the syntax for even an UPDATE statement, but you go prepared and show the activeness, they don't want total geeks.
(After 1 week, today I got news regarding selection in Bitwise, and 5 others were finalized).

ALL THE BEST!
