First I want to thank INDIABIX for their incredible help. I got selected in BANK OF AMERICA in the month of December 2013. The hiring process is not that difficult to crack, one who practices through IndiaBix and maintain the confidence till the end will surely make it.
The process includes written test, two technical interviews followed by HR round.
The written test is not so difficult to pass it has the same pattern as that of CTS or Wipro etc. I don't remember the sections exactly. But I can give assurance that if you can do the practice papers in IndiaBix you can crack it so easily. The Technical round was on basic C, they tried to test our problem-solving ability and our college activities which include organizing, participating, the happiest and worst moments of life etc.
After the first round, I got selected for the next round of technical interviews where they tested me on my own project of mechanical and other tech questions from my own background. As I answered most of them very confidently I cleared and Ran for HR where that was so easy one to make.
Finally, I made it.
