Placement Papers - Axis Bank

This program consists of 2 stages, Written and Interview. So first of all you need is to register through the Axis Bank website. Then they will call for an Aptitude test conducted by Amcat. Basic Reasoning, Quantative and personality test. No GK or CA, no negative marks. So make sure you attempt most of them. I cleared the Written and was called for the Interview. For an interview, it was horrible experience, they called me in their Regional office and my reporting time was 1 pm. I got the call about 7 pm. 6 hours of waiting. So for interview Just prepare few things very well.

1. Introduce yourself.
2. About Axis Bank, each and every detail.
3. Their Products with descriptions.
4. Why Axis bank?
5. Being an Engineer, why the Banking sector (as I'm an engineer)?
6. What is P/L, Balance sheet, costing, difference of Current and savings a/c, why KYC is required, and what is a nominal account (only if you have a commerce background)?
7. They would if you are compatible with selling (they asked me "sell your phone to me").

My interview duration was about 6-7 minutes. If they like you, they will ask you whether you need any loan or self-finance if your candidate is selected. As they asked me after the interview.

*Must remember*
1) Be simple and Polite.
2) Be straightforward, after they ask any question, answer that thing that comes in your mind first. Don't be so diplomatic.
3) Be confident on your answer, if you are saying wrong then confidently say it wrong.
