Hi, all. My name is Aneesh Sagar. 2013 passout.
I'm going to share my interview experience with Aptean India.
It has 5 rounds.
1. Online. Aptitude (non verbal).
2. Technical written.
3. Tech interview.
4. Managementarial round. (technical only).
5. HR.
So in the first round, they took taken online aptitude test which consisted of two sections. One is aptitude and the second is kind of HR. Need to answer about ourselves.
I had clear that as. I'm good at aptitude. Then comes the second round, its written technical. Have to write codes and answers as there is no multiple choice. Quite easy, if your basics are strong then you can easily crack it.
This is done for the day. We left after this.
On 29, I got the call that I was shortlisted for the further interview process.
30th, I went to their office and there were around 10 people. Want to tell you to guess that initially around 500 candidates came for this drive among which 120 people cleared 1st round, and only 10 cleared 2nd among 120.
Again technical interview, it was also easy, only basics. But everything he had asked, like link list, binary search tree, etc.
Most of us had clear that only one or two didn't clear.
Now the management round, sorry if I am wrong. In this, he asked me to write a tic tac toe program. I tried but was not able to make that program, but I succeeded in convincing him. After that some More questions and he said m done with the interview. It was not good but I was hoping for some good news. Then gone for HR, it was good. Smoothly done.
After that, he told me, that submit my doc and he would get back to me.
After that on 11th Jan 2014, I got the offer letter. I'm on the seventh heaven.
Oh, that was the day. I was waiting for a long time. So people best of luck. Go get your offer letter asap. Bye, take care.
