The Selection process had 4 rounds,

1. GD.
2. Cyclometric Written with some puzzles.
3. Technical Round.
4. HR Round.

GD was easy and the topic was the Mushrooming of B.Tech college in India. You just need to be confident and speak well. Make sure you don't fight and maintain the decency. It is not important that you speak first but it is important that you place your points with reason.

The Cyclometric test, in which there were many questions. It was very easy to pass and most of them passed this test. These 2 rounds were held on 19th December in ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida. I passed both and the interviews were to be held in the Gurgaon NIIT Office, on 21st December. Prepared well for testing and databases.

Technical Interview:

I: Asked me about myself.
Me: Tell about your academics with confidence and tell about your strengths. This answer decides how your interview will go.

I: Asked me about normalization.
Me: Answered.

I: Types of normal forms.
Me: Answered.

I: SQL queries for some joins, some easy some complex.
Me: Asked about the project.

I: Asked about training sessions.
Me: Asked me 4 puzzles back to back, all from this website only. Thanks to IndiaBix. Luckily I was selected.

Then Came HR Round:
Introduced myself and asked me about the project.
Made me describe all about project even the database schema, The column name and was it normalized. Since I had a good command on my project he was impressed. Gave more about the project.

Asked me about my family, Where they are from, What they do, Asked me why do you want to join, Kept asking me, Till he was satisfied. After 45 minutes of Technical and 40 minutes of HR, he said here you go. Sign it and write Selected.
