Placement Papers - ANR Software

First of all, I would like to welcome you. Thank the readers who are curious to learn from other's experiences and utilise their precious time to improve themselves.

ANR Software is a product based company who provides services and it has foreign clients. From a placement point of view, there were three rounds:-

1) Aptitude and Technical test (online).
2) Technical Round (face to face).
3) HR+Technical.

1) Aptitude questions were average. You can do it easily if you are good enough on logical and smart calculation part. Technical tests consisted of basic computer knowledge, Java program, SQL, DBMS and some core subject questions which you can easily solve.

2) Technical round:- It was a face-to-face interview. Starting from "How are you ?", The first question was from my resume and after that questions were from DBMS, DAA, SQL queries, and CN Etc., I was also asked about the project mentioned in the resume and finally I was provided a business case i.e. to handle a client and describe your software.

3) HR+ Technical:- It was of short duration. Starting from "Tell me about yourself" The next questions were from a technical background and it almost finished within 10 minutes. Some questions were from my resume also.

Overall the interview experience was awesome. You can easily crack the interview if you are confident enough to answer and handle the questions in every situation.
