Amazon recruited to our college for the profile of customer service associate.

There were 4 rounds for the selection process the first was Group discussion were my topic was "Are women more manageable than men?" There were 10 members in the group, 9 were selected from our group. Guys this is round is easy you just have to place some good points. And you are selected.

The second round was versant English test which includes:

1) Sentence completion.
2) Paragraph formation.
3) Email writing.

80% of students are eliminated here.
This round is little bit tough.

The third round was HR round.
Questions asked to me were:

Introduce yourself.
What brings you to amazon?
Angry customer vs happy customer.
Amazon principles.
How you convinced others in your life?
Experience with amazon.
Queries?

I was selected in these round and.
The next round was voice round.

It\'s easy nothing to worry about it.
And finally results were announced in evening.

Guys amazon selection process is bit lengthy but that is what they want the best candidates.
