The interview took two working days. It was for TRMS. It consisted of:
1) HR round: (They will check communication only) Make sure even though it\'s about communication make sensible answers. They ask, why Amazon? experiences in company, about Amazon.
2) Second is Watson and Gabler test. This is about logical decision making. They will provide sheet. It will show examples. The strategy should be to go for answers which you are confident at.
3) Third is Versant round. There will be a computerized telephone directory. Possibly it will have Zumble sentences, repeating stories, asking about opinions.
4) Operations round. You have to project yourself as the right individual for the job. Matching requirements for the job description can be a help.
5) Managerial round. This is basically about conveying the duties of the job. Negotiations for salary take place.
