Selection Procedure Consists of 2 steps:

1) Written Test.
2) Personal Interview (HR + Technical).

Written Test(3 major sections):

1) Core (in my case chemical engineering - 30 questions).
2) English + Analytical Ability (40 questions).
3) Essay writing (1 out of 3 questions).

Core: Just stick to basics. The questions are the easiest ones. The tip is to just stick to your very basics of chemical engineering. Concentrate on your process calculations, engineering conversions and calculations.

English: Basics of English grammar. Like sentence completion, synonyms. Prefer IndiaBix for synonyms practice. They are more than enough. Also antonyms.

Analytical ability: this is the deciding part of the result. Data interpretation should be given enough practice. Like pie diagrams, bar charts, and tables. Etc.

Logical reasoning is given nominal preference. Mostly concentrate on time, distance & speed, time and work, SI & CI etc.

Interview:

A 10-minute interview. Mainly focused on your attitude part. A lot of her questions will be showered over you. Just be yourself. Don't try to impress them cause they are smarter than us. They will sense your imitations easily.

Major questions will be about your technical projects. Few questions in technical.

Questions regarding your family background, and relocation issues. Hobbies, interests like favourite heroes (with valid reasons).
