The first round -written test was conducted through a platform of amcat which is adaptive in nature. After the first round 512 members were shortlisted. And technical/hr round was conducted in 15 September.
This technical/round will be conducted for 5 shortlisted candidates simultaneously in a same panel where 1 of the panelist will be from technical team and other will be from HR team.
The questions that were asked in technical/hr round were:
1) Tell me about yourself.
2) Tell about the projects done so far.
Many cross questions, justification type of questions were there on the technologies being used in projects.
3) Current trends in IT sector.
4) Some puzzles and general knowledge questions were asked.
At the end 267 students were selected by accenture.
Be confident.
