Hi all I attended the Accenture on campus drive conducted at my college campus on 18th of september 2015. And I would like to share my experience.
The recruitment pattern of Accenture is very simple and transparent.
1. Online Aptitude test(Merittrac pattern).
2. Group Interview.
The Aptitude test was easy but you need to be careful with the"Attention to detail" section and some symbol based problems. I cleared the first round and had the group interview the very next day .
The HR was very cool and friendly in their approach. We were a group of 5 and the questions asked were,
1. Tell me about Yourself?
2. Why accenture ?
3. Will you pursue higher studies?
4. Name 5 Indian IT Companies.
5. Gave a topic and asked to speak on it for a minute.
Be calm and confident. Communicate clearly that\'s the KEY.
