Hi, Friends my Name is Ritesh Kumar, I am pursuing my B-Tech in mechanical from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, co-manly called as GNE. I am very much thankful to INDIABIX, Who help me for the preparation of Accenture.
Now come on the point after rejection from TCS in final round that was HR round, I was totally depressed, because TCS was the first company to visit in our campus and everyone wanted to get place in the first company, I also thought about only but I would not get. But however Accenture on the same month visited in our campus.
It conducted only two round, first was aptitude that was simple one and second was HR round.
In HR there was two men, they called five student in a single panel. In my panel there was five student who were from different branches that were electrical, CSE, electronic and two included me from mechanical. Before interview I was little bit nervous, I studied all the details of the company and also I was studied c++ language and only basic OPPS.
Now my panel called at 12:00 pm. My heart bit start vibrating fast yr, but after entry in the cabin all would be in my control. Now the conversation was stated it was like that.
We: May I come in sir.
Men: Come in.
1 interviewer : Introduce your self only about you and your project.
Cse : Confused, but he introduced well.
Me : I was also nervous, but however I introduced myself well. When I was introducing 1 interviewer was seeing me very carefully, I was also not remove my eye contact from his eyes.
1 interviewer: What you know about ACCENTURE.
Me: Told.
1 interviewer: What is mean by Performance of ACCENTURE.
Me: I was confused but however I said him that ACCENTURE not only think about its clients but it also think about its employees both success its performance.
1 interviewer : If you have 9 hr work project but if you completed it in four hr, then what you do in remaining hr.
Me: I said him that I firstly read the newspaper than after I surfing the net.
2 interviewer : Laughed and say what you surfed FLIP CARD OR Amazon.
Me: I said might be.
2 interviewer : Say about your project.
Me : I said it.
Then after our interview was over. At 6:00 pm, result announced I was selected and in my panel two were selected me and cse one.
One thing you must remembered, be confident what you are speaking and Best of luck!
