I got an Interview call from Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. via Elitmus. This drive was held in Bangalore and was only for girls.
The process started at around 8.30 am with interviews of candidates who had done their document verification on the previous day.
All others were called at 11 am.
The document verification was the longest process that went on for 4 hours as in my case. Make sure that you have all the documents/supporting documents at least. There are multiple verification done there by the Elitmus team to make sure that only the eligible candidates move forward.
Next was the Interview round (Tech+HR).
Six candidates were interviewed at once. And the panel had one personnel from the HR team and one from the technical team.
At first we were asked to talk about ourselves, individually.
After that they gave us a topic to start a Group Discussion on. It was "Should Mobile phones be banned in Colleges".
Later each one of us was told to talk on our final year projects, explain it to them in a minute.
And we were done with the interview.
After 10 minutes of waiting, few among us were told that they were "done for the day" and others were told to assemble in an auditorium, where they announced that all of them assembled there were selected.
Basically, they are checking for confidence, presentation and how good you are at what you do. Don\'t fake it!
