Hi Guys!

I think most of you would be familiar with the interview process of Accenture but there are some things which I can share with you.

I got the call from Accenture through Elitmus. There were batches of students for
interview. After waiting for sometime I was called along with my batch mates.

First of all, the things you must prepare for the Accenture interview should always comprise of following things.

(1) Your academic project. Be good at this.

(2) All the IndiaBix HR round questions.

(3) Practice extempore as much as you can before the interview, this is the most
important thing.

(4) Practice GD with your friends.

(5) Technical questions related to C language and OOPS concept at a very basic
level such as differences between Compiler - Interpreter, Calloc - Malloc, C - C++, C++, Java, static memory allocation-dynamic memory allocation etc.

Now coming to my interview experience,

We all batch mates entered the interview room. There were two people, one of them was a lady. She started the interview by introducing the process.

LADY HR : Ok guys, I shall give you people a topic and one minute to think over it then we shall have a GD upon this topic. Your topic is " MICROSOFT VS OTHER COMPANIES", which one is better.

I was the first person to grab the opportunity to start speaking upon that topic but others started fighting over it. The LADY interrupted. This is a good practice guys, try to start the GD.

LADY HR as well as MALE TR : Hey Guys, Don't fight just speak one by one.

Then we spoke one by one and eventually it turned into a GD.

I would suggest to speak loud and clear with confidence. If you are not confident then at least try to be looking so, believe me no one can tell the difference. One most important thing, " just keep speaking loud and clear ". Believe me your selection in Accenture depends on the way you speak.

Now there were personal questions to individuals.

I was asked about my favourite subject (my stream is Electronics Engineering), so I told them that its Digital Electronics. I was not asked any question related to digital electronics. He just asked me a typical question " how would you manage in IT industry being an electronics engineer ".

I was prepared with this question and after this he did not ask me anything. From others he asked about their projects, typical OOPS concept basic questions such as what is Inheritance, Polymorphism etc and then our interview was over.

After five minutes I got the news that I am selected. Two other batch mates were also selected in our group. The three who were rejected were not able to speak either " loudly clearly and confidently " that's why they didn't get selected as far as my opinion is concerned.
