Placement Papers - Accenture

I got a call through AMCAT. As we already given test, we directly called for Interview (TR+HR).

I have studied all the reviews given by people who already attended the drive for Accenture in various locations. My drive is also similar to others that held in this year.

For Interview they are calling based on their name (alphabetical order), I have called early As my name is start with A**f. At each time they are calling in group of 7 people.

The procedure of TR+HR round is totally depend on the interviewers and GOD. We are feeling tension, what they will ask? But, it was gone cool.

First HR started the interview and asked to discuss on the topic " Is India Developing country?"

After discussion we are waiting for TR person, that Tech person will ask any questions. But, again HR started and asked questions about Company, core values, " How can you work If I give you job? ", role model etc. They checking only Communication skills (not excellent, Good enough to communicate).

Next what?

Technical?

No technical yaar, interview is over and they said to wait outside.

Totally interview is done without a single technical question. But this is not case for others, because some faced tech ques also. To crack, prepare from Resume that\'s enough. If your bad luck is there, even google can\'t help you.

After 1hr of waiting they announced the results (still interview is going on for others). They said " you need to deliver High performance through ACCENTURE ".

I\'m selected guys.

I think 1 more drive is going to held at kochi, in next month (nov 14) through Elitmus. So, prepare well and give elymus, apply for Accenture off campus ASAP.
