Placement Papers - Accenture

Prior to the interview, I had appeared for eLitmus test a few weeks ago. With those scores in hand, I applied for the job and was shortlisted for the interview. Interview panel had 2 members (one HR and other person was a SAP guy). We were in a group of 6 of which one was Mechanical, one ECE and rest Computer Science (me and other 3).

As we entered we greeted them and first question was whether do we wish to ask the panel any questions? Each of us asked 1-2 questions. I asked about higher education opportunities. Some about the work culture, etc. Next the interviewer asked us to introduce ourselves with our family background.

Next up was what do you know about Accenture? how many offices in India, which city has how many offices, etc. later they decided to have a debate on the topic " SHOULD INDIA HAVE WAR WITH PAKISTAN OVER THE KASHMIR ISSUE " and asked us to take peace and war sides. All of us took peace. So it basically went the panel vs us. We had a debate of around 5 minutes.

After that they asked us about our inspirational idols if any. Everybody answered. Later on, asked us to describe Narendra Modi in a single word (keep it just one). At last they again asked us if any questions which we would like to ask them. We said no. for which their reply was "Com\'on yaar at least humara naam toh puccho ".

The Mechanical guy and ECE girl was asked to explain their projects. No technical questions were asked except they asked everyone the programming languages which we knew.

Be relaxed. That the key for Accenture interview. Show good verbal communication skills and a few good points.
