(96)
September 6th KSIT 11:00 am Slot for Accenture.
It was group interview - technical+hr.
HR: Mahitha could you tell me about yourself?
Me: Good evening ma\'am and sir, I am Mahitha. I graduated BE. In the year 2014 from Vemana institute of technology with an aggregate of 67%. I completed my pu at vijaya composite with a 82 percent and my schooling was in Mary immaculate with a percentage of 92%.
HR: Can you tell us about your project?
Me: My project was implementation of different digital communication schemes and comparing their performance.
HR: Since you are from ec background, can you give me the difference between a microprocessor and a microcontroller?
Me: A microprocessor is a cpu to which the i/o devices are connected externally. A microcontroller is cpu and i/o devices that are integrated onto a chip.
HR: Of I give you a topic, can you speak about it for 30 seconds?
Me: (without hesitation) sure ma\'am, I\'d love to.
HR: Can you speak about the topic "I\'m scared of failure?".
Me: "I\'m scared of failure". This is the first thing everyone says. But that is not the right statement. The one thing almost everyone forgets is that failure is the stepping stone to success. So when we fail at something, instead of lamenting over the failure, we should look back to the situation and learn from our mistakes. This way we will not repeat the same mistake again and hence succeed in our lives.
HR: (very impressed) Ok Mahitha that was a very different take on the topic. It was very interesting listening to your take. Please wait in the seminar hall and we will get back to you in sometime.
We waited in the seminar hall and finally at the end of the day they announced our names and told us that we got selected.
