Explanation:

In the first step = x donot move only * moves acw two steps,in the second step = move four steps cw therefore according to the pattern answer fig(=) will move 6 steps. Therefore the correct answer is B.

CW - Clockwise (the rotational-direction of the needle of a clock)
ACW - Anti-Clockwise (just reverse to the above - CW)
ACW - Anti-Clockwise (just reverse to the above - CW)

In this 5 is not the answer it is 2 as per explanation check it .......
