The given answer is totally correct.
Invert it horizontally then add a new element on the upper-right corner.

A is answer here. Because position of Z is exaclty a mirror image given below on the left corner of rectangle.

If you replace it vertically. The image becomes as that of 5 and not like 3 & 4.
So answer should be 5.

Actually, the problem in the figures, the figures are horizontally converted, So the answer will be 'E'.

It won't be E that's for sure. It's going to be either C or D but why C not D, that I don't understand.
