I think option C is correct.
Only the Position of symbol changes.
But option D is mirror image look upon it.

They moves in clockwise direction.
After moving 1 symbol, select next symbol from anticlockwise direction.
After moving 1 symbol, select next symbol from anticlockwise direction.
