We have three different size of triangles, So one figure out of four figures must be made of three different size of triangles. Now, Figure 1, 3 and 4 are made of one rectangle and one triangle. And rectangle can be made with two same size of triangle. So, Figure 1, 3 and 4 are made of 2 same size of triangles and one small triangle. Only figure 2 can be made out three different size of triangle. I hope it helps.

The Answer is B.
Take the middle triangle and just place it on the second diagram from the right side.
Then the half remaining part can be easily formed by combining the remaining 2 triangles.

Yes, it's correct put ist and 3 together, with a larger triangle as a base and then the middle at the top, invert the figure you will get the result.
