First of all the way its arranged in the box its shows we have to rotate it to visualise.

Assume AB are two parts close to each other and C is far (like in fig. 2).
Rotate fig.2 with some angle you will get fig.3 (AB then C part above).
Rotate fig.3 with some angle you will get fig.5 (AB down then C part above).
Rotate fig.5 with some angle you will get again fig.4 (AB up then C part down).
Rotate fig.5 with some angle you will get fig.2 (AB left side then C part right side).

So, 1 is different.

Figures 2, 3, 4, 5 can be rotated into each other but 1 figure can't be obtained by just rotation but we have to turn upside down figure 1 and then rotate it to get other figures.

Consider the fig petals as A,B & C.

B & C are together and A is a little far from those both.
When you rotate every fig.in a clockwise direction A turns from right to left in fig.2,3,4 & 5
When it comes to fig.1- A turns from left to right.

So, the odd one is 1st option.

@All.

In this problem, consider the rest of the options expect A and assume that fig;2 and fig;3 are drawn side by side on a piece of page and if you fold the page it will be printed in same way in which next figure is drawn so this is the meaning of rotated.
