1st image is turned upside down and also flipped right and left.
To understand this draw 1st image in a paper and rotate the paper (like reversing header and footer of same side). Now filp the paper. You will see 2nd image.
Same way do with 3rd image as well. Then you will get 4th image. Therefore the right answer is option A.
