FTP is nothing to do with IPV4 & IPV6.
The FTP full form being File Transfer Protocol. It is used when you are sending an attachment over a mail.

Because ipv4 only 4.3 million but world population 7.3 million but ipv6 is 340 trillion trillion trillion so only extract the bits 32 to 128 bits.

Already many protocols are available like TCP/IP, UDP, and so on. But what is the main use of IPv4. What is the difference between them?

IPv4 have 4 octet and IPv6 have 16 octet and all the octet are 8 bits. So IPv4 32 bits and IPv6 128 bits.

Because IPV5 means 40 bits. And in networks only these value exists 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and so on.
