The minimum and maximum sizes approved for Billets is 100 x 100 mm and 130 x 130 mm respectively, while Bloom size 160 x 160 mm has been approved.

Bloom has a square cross-section with a minimum size 150mm * 150mm.
The billet is smaller than a bloom has a minimum size 50mm * 50mm.
