In a special case efficiency of both the cycle is equal otherwise carnot cycle is more efficient. Therefore option A should be correct.

Carnot cycle says 100% efficiency. But stirling cycle have some heat losses are there. So how to say equal efficiency?

Equal efficiency to carnot cycle and Stirling cycle.

Regenerative striking cycle has the same efficiency as the Carnot cycle.

Efficiency of sterling cycle is equal to Carnot cycle under the assumption that effectiveness of heat ex changer use in sterling engine must be 1.

The efficiency of Stirling cycle is equal to Carnot cycle. This is due to the fact that the cycle is reversible and all reversible cycles have the same efficiency.
Ex: Carnot, Stirling, Ericsson.

Efficiency of the striking cycle is less than Carnot but efficiency of regenerative striking cycle is equal to Carnot cycle.

Carnot cycle is also know as striking cycle. So the answer is equal efficiency.
