Entropy is a property. It does not depend on path. When final and initial points are same then entropy will be zero, be it reversible or irreversible.

Entropy is less than 0 in irreversible process.

We know that entropy increase due to heat. So irreversible process lot of heat generate due to friction so its increase.

Disorder means here the randomness. The flexibility of the molecules to respond to the property changes and move their way randomly.
As per kinetic theory of gases, there is no particular force of attraction or repulsion existing between them and hence they can go randomly and respond randomly. This is said to be disorder.
