Both A & b are correct answers because an isothermal process is also called hyperbolic process.

Gas cannot be heated during isothermal process.

Hyperbolic process: the Hyperbolic process is very similar to Isothermal process but there is a difference between them is The working medium in the hyperbolic process is vapour and The working medium in the Isothermal process is gas.

Now we can say in hyperbolic process product of pressure and volume remains constant. This statement is similar to the isothermal process.

Hope it will help you.

PV = Constant.

ie. Isothermal process and its also called "" Hyperbolic "".

PV=CONSTANT ; T is the constant : Boyle's law.

This is an hyperbolic or isothermal process.

The question asked about Product of (PV=C) means, P1V1=P2V2.
Not for Temperature constant. Hence, the answer should be (B).
