Discharge of nozzle does not depend upon velocity of steam, it depends only on area of throat and initial pressure and volume.

Why not the option A. If the flow is incompressible, discharge rate depends on the velocity and cross sectional area. If area decreases, it will managed by velocity increment and vice versa.
