Large end cutting angle means nose is more pointed (nose angle become small). So lesser life and more chance of breakage of the tool.

Larger end cutting edge angle will cause to decrease the Lip angle and so weakens the tool. Option B should be correct.

As lip angle increases the heat dissipation will increase due to increase in surface area so tool life wife increase.
