Option B is correct.
Because if you see the fig B clearly two arrows come from the same point so the two activities take place simultaneously. So, the end activity go to the last event and the diagram is completed.

None of the answers is correct D also not correct because dummy activity is used precedence relationship between 2 nodes.

As per my knowledge, none of above answer is correct because no any activity occurs in a reverse manner as per project rule. So arrow not going towards down direction.

No yar. Answer [b] is right but in this question the fig of option [b] is wrong. Right figure indicates in are S KHURMI page number 744 question no.94 (figure of option [b] show).
