Normally outside body weight is normal but inside water to the body. Body weight will be decreased main reason buoyancy force.

The force of buoyancy is less than the weight of the body then only the the body will sink. Am I correct?

Buoyancy force is the upward force exerted by the fluid on the object placed in a fluid and this force is equal to the volume of the fluid displaced.
