1. Simple monometer- high pressure.
2. Piezometer- low pressure (also called low pressure monometer).
3. u tube monometer- can measure vaccume pressure or negative pressure.

Manometers are used to measure low and moderate pressure. Mechanical gauges are used to measure high pressure.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Manometers are devices in which columns of a suitable liquid are used to measure the difference in pressure between two points or between a certain point and the atmosphere.
So, option B is wrong. Atmospheric pressure is measured partially but not HIGH PRESSURE AS GIVEN.

Piezometer can measure only low pressure(gauge pressure).
Manometer can measure both low and high pressure.
Manometer can measure both low and high pressure.

The manometer is used to high pressure for liquid & low pressure for gases. So manometer measure pressure low & high both.
Piezometer is measure low or moderate positive gauge pressure.
Piezometer is measure low or moderate positive gauge pressure.
