If manometer is used to measure high pressure then why we use mechanical gauges like Bourdon pressure gauge. We generally use Bourdon pressure gauge in labs to measure high pressure.

So, guys, manometers are used to measuring low pressure or moderate pressure.

Piezometer is use to measure low or Moderate pressure either Manometer is use to measure High pressure or pressure at a point.

Barometer is used to measure Atmospheric pressure.

It is correct.

According to NPTEL, Manometers are used to measure large gauge pressures. So option C is correct.

Anybody, please explain to me that why piezometer can not be used for high-pressure measurement?

Manometer can use for for low pressure but mostly it's used for high pressure measurement and don't compare it with phyzometer that's valid for only liquid not for gas.

High-pressure confusion is present.

A piezometer is not suitable for low or high pressure. It is not suitable for gas pressure.

It is an instrument for measuring the pressure of a liquid.
