Friends, please note that density of water is max at 4-degree centigrade.

Thermal conductivity of liquids and solids decreased as temperature increased.
But in case:.
1) Water's thermal conductivity increased as temperature increased.
2) Al and uranium's thermal conductivity increased as temperature increased.

Because after 100f it behaves as gas and increase in temperature then the thermal conductivity increases so the answer is D.

For liquids and solids, the thermal conductivity decreases with increase in temperature. But water is an exception, in the case of water the thermal conductivity increases with increase in temperature.

For most liquids the thermal conductivity falls with increasing temperature but this occurs only above about 130°C in liquid water.

There is an exception to water. There is a temperature called anomalous temperature 4*c at which water behaves differently before it and after it.

Fusion curve of water has negative slope so that water is expands on freezing like that.

Aluminium is also this kind of metal in which temperature increase then conductivity decrease.

In Liquids thermal conductivity decreases with increase in temperature (except water) due to decreases in density with increase in temperature.
