Law of conservation of energy: Energy is neither created nor destroy but its can be change one form to another form.

Law of linear momentum: The total momentum of a system of masses in any direction remains constant unless acted upon by an external force in that direction.

BOTH LAWS OPPOSE EACH OTHER?

According to principle of energy conservation do not destroy the energy, energy changes one phase to other phase.

According to principle of conservation of energy "energy cannot be created nor be destroyed but it can be transformed from one form to another". The given statement follows the Newton's 2nd law of motion which states "Rate of change of momentum(m x a) is directly proportional to the force(F) which applied in that direction".

The statement is actually true. But It explains "Law of conservation of Momentum" not the Energy.

Newtons 2 law and law of conservation of energy combined. So it is false statement.

This question states that newton's first law.

Its not law of conversation of energy. It is a part off statement from newton's law.

The reason is that total momentum includes linear and angular momentum, since linear momentum is conserved in that direction if external force is not acting in that direction. But angular momentum may or may not be conserved as that force may create torque. Hence total momentum will not be conserve.
