But both the forces are equal then how the object move?
For the object to be in a dynamic condition the applied force must be greater than the reaction force.

Because both forces will be perfectly opposite to each other if angle is same (vertical component will zero. Total force act in a single direction. ).

Here we are talking about angle at which have to apply the force to minimise it.

Angle of inclination = Angle of friction (only when angle of inclination is less angle of static friction).

Angle of friction means the angle of the plane in which the body tends to over come the friction force.
