Consider the idea that the beak, fin and rudder are all parts that are aligned down the centre of the direction of travel, unlike the wings which extent outward (sideways) from the centre, therefore making the wings the one which doesn't belong.

I am also satisfied with @BAS. Wing, beak and fin all are part of animal and rudder meaning is guide so rudder also can be the right answer.
