Birds: Wings and beak.
Fish: Primarily fins, though there are rare exceptions that have wings/beak.
Airplane: Wings Fin and Rudder. All 3 are integral part of aircraft.
People are more likely to co relate the options to birds and fishes rather than airplanes.

Wing, fin and beak are related to animals. Rudder is not.

Consider the idea that the beak, fin and rudder are all parts that are aligned down the centre of the direction of travel, unlike the wings which extent outward (sideways) from the centre, therefore making the wings the one which doesn't belong.

I am also satisfied with @BAS. Wing, beak and fin all are part of animal and rudder meaning is guide so rudder also can be the right answer.

A wing, beak and fin are all parts of animals and a rudder isn't, so that could be right too.
