It's 10, the logic is the addition of 3 and subtraction of 2.

Just add & subtract the digits given in series 7, 10, 8, 11, 9, 12.
Ans:7+3=10, 10-2=8, 8+3=11, 11-2=9, 9+3=12, 12-2=10 :. Next coming number in the given series is 10.
