Here it is, following the sequence like even places and odd places.

At even places -- 10, 11, 12, 13, .... And at odd places -- 7, 8, 9, 10, ....

So the answer is 10.

10 - 2 = 8,
8 + 3 = 11,
11 - 2 = 9,
9 + 3 = 12,
