According to my logic;
21 - 12 = 9,
21 - 10 = 11,
21 - 8 = 13,
21 - 6 = 15.
21 - 12 = 9,
21 - 10 = 11,
21 - 8 = 13,
21 - 6 = 15.

Here, the common no is 21 so leave it. And the series is;
9 + 2 = 11,
11 + 2 = 13,
13 + 2 = 15,
So, the answer is 15.
9 + 2 = 11,
11 + 2 = 13,
13 + 2 = 15,
So, the answer is 15.
