3+4 = 7
7-4 = 3
8-7 = 1
11-8 = 3
21-11 = 1.
So sum up the numbers.
7 + 3 + 1 + 3 + 1 = 15.

3, 4, 7,8, 11, 12,?

Sorted from a list like 3, 7, 11.
Another 4, 8, 12.
Everywhere 4 is added.
Ans = 11 + 4=15.
