4+3 = 7,
7+1 = 8,
8+3 = 11,
11+1 = 12
12+3 = 15.

7-4 = 3
8-7 = 1
11-8 = 3
21-11 = 1.
So sum up the numbers.
7 + 3 + 1 + 3 + 1 = 15.

Sorted from a list like 3, 7, 11.
Another 4, 8, 12.
Everywhere 4 is added.
Ans = 11 + 4=15.
