MANOHAR = (M+N+H+R)-(A+O+A) = 53-17 = 36.
AGGARWAL = (A+G+R+A)-(G+A+W+L) = -16.

Manohar = 36 = 13-1+14-15+8-1+18.
Therefore,
AGGARWAL = 1-7+7+1-18+23-1+12 = 18.
